baazi Terms and Conditions

1 General Information

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of baazi's services. "baazi", "we", or "platform" refers to this website and all services connected to it. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform or using its services.

baazi's services may only be used for personal entertainment. Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. It is each user's responsibility to comply with these terms, and they take effect automatically upon completing registration.

2 Membership and Account

2.1 Registration Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on baazi. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from using this platform. An age and identity verification process may be required at the time of registration.

2.2 Account Creation Rules

Each user may create only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same name, registering multiple times from the same device, or running accounts where multiple family members share the same payment method may be flagged as "duplicate accounts". In such cases, baazi reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, and any accumulated bonuses may be cancelled.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Creating an account with false or incomplete information may cause problems during verification and may result in the account being closed.

2.3 Identity Verification

baazi may verify a user's identity at any time. This may involve requesting a copy of a National ID (NID), birth certificate, or passport. Until verification is complete, withdrawals or certain services may be temporarily suspended.

3 Account Security

Users are fully responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Account credentials must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect that an unauthorised person has accessed your account, contact baazi support immediately.

baazi is not liable for any financial loss resulting from a user's delay in reporting such access. It is recommended that you change your password regularly and avoid logging in from public or shared devices.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on baazi is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits via cryptocurrency or any other method are not accepted.

When making a deposit, the transaction must be made using the correct reference number and must match the name registered on the account. Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Completed identity verification is required for a successful withdrawal.

Wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. No withdrawal from the bonus balance will be processed until wagering is complete.

5 Bonuses and Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000 is available on your first deposit at baazi. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

The weekly baazi deposit reward can be claimed once per week on any deposit — 50% of the deposit, up to ৳10,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500. The baazi slots festival bonus is available once per day on slots deposits — 75% of the deposit, up to ৳8,000, 25x wagering. The cricket day charge is available once per match day for cricket bets — 60% of the deposit, up to ৳12,000, 18x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may only be used once, unless the terms of that offer state otherwise.
• Withdrawals from the bonus balance are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• If a bonus has a specific expiry period, it will be stated in the offer details.
• baazi reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious activity is detected.
• A bonus is not cash — it can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless baazi cancels it due to a technical error. Please verify all details (team, odds, amount) before placing a bet.

6.2 Cancelled or Incomplete Events

If a match or event is cancelled or remains incomplete without meeting the required conditions, the bet amount is generally refunded to the user's account. However, the process may vary depending on the type of event and the type of bet.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a transaction fails to complete or shows an incorrect result due to a software or network error, baazi reserves the right to review and, if necessary, correct that transaction. Any winnings arising from a technical error may be cancelled by baazi.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Placing bets in a deliberate pattern to circumvent bonus terms (arbitrage betting).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of someone else.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the account for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Registering under a false identity.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 baazi's Rights

If these terms are violated, baazi may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for investigation. The associated balance may be held during the suspension period, and a decision will be communicated once the investigation is complete.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If a user wishes to close their account, they may submit a request through the support team. All pending bets must be settled and any withdrawal processes completed before the account is closed.

9 Responsible Gaming
